Ceilings
We don’t include ceilings in our end of lease clean. However, we can do your standard height ceilings as an extra service
Mould
Though removing mould is a part of a cleaning chore, mostly these areas require specialist treatment that can get rid of mould permanently as it is a hazardous activity. Bimm’s do offer mould cleaning as an additional service.
Discolouration
We clean all items using the best cleaning products, but discolouration happens due to the usual wear and tear of the property. You may have seen that toilets, grout and plastics turn into a yellow colour due to the availability of germs and bacteria.
Thorough Wall Clean
End of lease cleans remove cobwebs and spot clean marks from the walls. A complete wall clean requires a lot of time and that is why it is excluded from this bond cleaning checklist. Bimms Cleaning does offer this as an additional service though.
Dangerous Areas
Our cleaners don’t clean those areas that are dangerous for them. This includes broken or cracked power points/switches, bio-waste, broken windows etc.
Furnished Cupboards and Drawers
Our cleaners don’t clean the cupboards if items are not removed.
Rubbish Removal
While we do take out very small items, we don’t remove rubbish to take to the rubbish dump. We don’t offer this as an additional service either, unfortunately.
Additional Items
Bimms Cleaning doesn’t clean any items that are not included in the list. If you require extra cleaning please let our staff know at the time of quoting.
